Caroline is a 23 year old hair dresser who is about to take the plunge into the property market with her boyfriend – her own appointments book is always booked well in advance and she has very little time for the pampering she deserves and obviously has to watch her budget. Mrs Newman was hovering outside Mirror Beauty Salon one day, reading the price-list but feeling daunted at the thought of entering a beauty salon as she is in her eighties.
